The Annual Buxton Antiques Fair

Event Info

The Annual Buxton Decorative Antiques & Art Fair is postponed until early Autumn 2020.

In 2016 and 2017 the fair took place in a plush marquee adjacent to the Octagon, though reduced in size and scope and last year, when the venue was expected to be open on time, was forced to cancel after the refurbishment ran late. 'Now at last we're back where we belong,' explains organiser Sue Ede of Cooper Events. 'We know our regular customers and our exhibitors have missed the building, where the fair took place for the previous 51 years. In the newly refurbished and redecorated Octagon the fair looks set to re-establish it's place as one of the most eminent antiques fairs in the UK.'

'The Buxton Fair has an immense charm and a unique appeal toserious collectors,' explains organiser Sue Ede of Cooper Events. 'We seek to indulge the most discriminating collectors and first-time buyers.'

High quality works of art and period furniture have always distinguished the fair in it's past fifty one years and, once again, the famous Pavilion venue will be transformed into a sumptuous palace of rare and valuable treasures.
